We apply a structured framework for quality control that that is maintained and updated daily. Our diligent and care focused Manager directs and motivates qualified care teams ensuring consistent quality procedures.
The performance of each service is regularly monitored by the Directors through external audits. These quarterly audits provide a deep insight and transparency for our stakeholders, client relatives, care professionals and the people we support, while independent CQC inspections provide a clear assessment of progress and improvement
