Meet the team
Nadia has had a successful business career in the social care profession. She is currently over seeing Fari care homes as the managing director.
She has established an excellent reputation for providing innovative services and positive outcomes for her clients.
Nadia's passion for care is routed in her life experience of caring & supporting for her own brother, who has Autism and presents many challenging behaviours. Nadia was driven to create a service that reflected all the things she had wished and hoped for her brother when he was in care.
Valery joined the social care sector in 1998 after providing care & support for her mother in her final years. This experience changed her life, and she made the decision to transition from Accountancy into Care, and never looked back!
Over the last 23 years she has build her carer from support worker to registered manager. Nominated & awarded many care home awards, including The Great British Care Awards.
As the Registered Manager, she delivers a strong and well led service. Valery has a real passion for progress and endeavours to meet all CQC requirements by upholding and ensuring compliance and develops the service to exceed essential standards.
Fari Care provides enthusiastic fully trained team of support staff who have the right expertise, attitude, and love for the role to deliver the expected level of work necessary to uphold our high standards of care. All new staff go through comprehensive interviews and must provide satisfactory references and enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).
We try to encourage recruitment of staff who are minimally qualified at NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care. If staff enter at a lower level than this as a result of having the right attributes to be a good carer, then we would always encourage them to pursue self development in achieving the NVQ level 2.
In addition to this we provide all mandatory training to our team with expert consultant trainers on a regular basis, providing top up training's where necessary. our training and development of staff is ongoing and essential to our ethos and objectives.
